This is the best brand of thermal paper for our terminal at the restaurant we just opened on last month. This is also a great price for a the 10 roll pack. We will be coming back to Staples to purchase it again and also other products.

Expensive

We use these thermal rolls at our restaurant/bar --we go through it so fast and it seems quite expensive. Overtime like all thermal rolls the ink fades which the IRS doesn't necessarily appreciate. The tape is easy to use though and super quick to get into the printers which is great on busy days. One thing we very much appreciate about Staples.com is that we are located in rural Montana and when we are running low being able to order on line and get delivery within two days helps us in a pinch and when we've planned correctly.

I work in an industry where we do countless amounts of credit card transactions daily. One of my biggest pet peeve is when the credit card printer paper jams. I have to open the printer and unjam the paper reprint the credit card transaction and deal with my embarrassment with the customer. Time is of the essence especially when your guest are ready to leave and new patrons have arrived for their reservations. Unlike other manufacturers thermal rolls Staples® BPA Free Thermal Rolls are of the highest quality. They rarely jam my thermal printer and the ink does not fade out as quickly. There is also a smooth feel to the paper which adds an extra small touch of elegance.

Thank you for carrying this cash register til tape..since we sometimes forget to order large amounts to keep us in stock for awhile. Your Employee's are always so helpful when customers need assistances in finding what they are looking for.

We use these for out credit card machine in a very busy retail gift shop. Although we have used other brands the Staples brand works just as good and is much cheaper. Best of all Staples delivers for free. We always combine with our order of other office products.
