Thermometer for fever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vicky speed read thermometer with fever works great when taking your kids temperature. The Vicky speed read thermometer tells you its ready to take the temperature and when its finishing. I really like how it has a light so you ready the numbers clearly. I would tell my friends and family how great and easy the Vick thermometer works.

So simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vicks thermometer worked so quickly i was shocked. Most kids don't like to sit still while you take their temperature this product us up to the challenge. It was so simple and easy to use and to read. Although the probe covers were packaged weirdly and were all stuck together and unusable I went and purchased some and used this a few times actually. Great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few months ago, and it came in handy less than a few weeks later as everyone in the house got sick. I love that this comes with probe covers so even less of a chance of spreading the germs around. It has a big display which is great for everyone and the color coding on it letting you know if your good(green), or a running a fever(red) and in between (yellow) and my kids can take their own temperature and let me know if it was green, yellow or red if I am super busy as I can always go doh me check because of the memory feature on it. Overall this product is great my kids are 4 and 6 and the 8 second read is great along with wvery single thing this does.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciated this thermometer a few weeks ago when my one year old was sick. The color changing was a life saver when I didn't want to wake him up to take his temperature. It was also very quick to read his temperature.

Is really fast and true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm am so happy I got this. It's because of this I knew something wasn't right and went to the hospital. I was admitted and I'm in a nursing home getting iv antibiotic treatments and have got better. I go for a follow up appointment tomorrow. Which I'm praying to be able to go back home after. But thank you so much cause it only took a few seconds to let me know my temp was 102.7 and then I called the doctor. If I wouldnt of I could of went septic and not be here. This is the best temp. Checker to get so do it.

Fantastically easy to use

It is waterproof, so it has been easy to clean and sanitize, which is of huge imporance in keeping germs from spreading this flu season.
I love the different colors so that I very quickly know whether my kids' temperatures are in the danger zone, or nothing to worry about. It seems nice and sturdy, and is small and easy to take along in the car glove compartment or my purse if we are travelling.
It works perfectly, and I would highly recommend!

So fast!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had given up on oral thermometers because they just took too long to give a reading and by then my kids had quit holding them under their tongues properly. I was never confident that I was getting an accurate reading. With reluctance, I tried this one and I'm happy to say that my opinion has changed! All 3 of my kids have been sick off and on this winter and this thermometer has been a life saver. It's fast and really easy to read with large numbers and a back lit screen. To test the accuracy, I initially used this thermometer to get a reading and then followed up a temporal scanning thermometer. Both gave the same temperature on the first reading assuring me that the Vicks thermometer was giving accurate info. With the temporal scanner, you can take a second temp right after the first and the readings are all over the place. The Vicks thermometer however, gave consistent readings every time. I feel confident using the Vicks thermometer for my kids from now on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
