Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how the numbers are large and that it has 3 different colors so there is no wondering if you or your child has a fever or just a mild fever. Its simple to use my 7 year old uses it by herself. Very reliable

Reliable and easy to read

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This speed-read thermometer is great. I'm currently on my second one, as we unfortunately lost our first. The color reading on the front is great because I'm often taking a little one's temp in the dark. The large, easy to read screen is my favorite part. It's easy to clean and wipe down with no need for extra parts (like those plastic ear covers for thermometers that go in the ear). My boys are 6 and 8.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shortly after getting this thermometer my son came down with a fever. It was easy to use and read. The color changed as well when his temperature was high. I’m glad I got it when I did because it came in handy!

So fast!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had given up on oral thermometers because they just took too long to give a reading and by then my kids had quit holding them under their tongues properly. I was never confident that I was getting an accurate reading. With reluctance, I tried this one and I'm happy to say that my opinion has changed! All 3 of my kids have been sick off and on this winter and this thermometer has been a life saver. It's fast and really easy to read with large numbers and a back lit screen. To test the accuracy, I initially used this thermometer to get a reading and then followed up a temporal scanning thermometer. Both gave the same temperature on the first reading assuring me that the Vicks thermometer was giving accurate info. With the temporal scanner, you can take a second temp right after the first and the readings are all over the place. The Vicks thermometer however, gave consistent readings every time. I feel confident using the Vicks thermometer for my kids from now on.

Fantastically easy to use

It is waterproof, so it has been easy to clean and sanitize, which is of huge imporance in keeping germs from spreading this flu season.
I love the different colors so that I very quickly know whether my kids' temperatures are in the danger zone, or nothing to worry about. It seems nice and sturdy, and is small and easy to take along in the car glove compartment or my purse if we are travelling.
It works perfectly, and I would highly recommend!

Is really fast and true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm am so happy I got this. It's because of this I knew something wasn't right and went to the hospital. I was admitted and I'm in a nursing home getting iv antibiotic treatments and have got better. I go for a follow up appointment tomorrow. Which I'm praying to be able to go back home after. But thank you so much cause it only took a few seconds to let me know my temp was 102.7 and then I called the doctor. If I wouldnt of I could of went septic and not be here. This is the best temp. Checker to get so do it.
