And Vicks SpeedRead is a convenient portable thermometer than can be used by everyone. It is easy to use because you can get a temperature orally, under the arm or rectally. It also can be carried with you.

Perfect readings every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this thermometer shows you if there's a fever or not with colors. Green is no fever, yellow is mild fever and red is high fever. It's super simple to use with a one touch button and just place it under the tongue, wait for the beep and you're done

Fantastic Thermometer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired Vicks Speed Read Thermometer and really love it! Not only does it give a fast reading but it also shows the color so you know quickly if you have a fever. Having probe covers makes the thermometer more sanitary, but the only negative is that it only comes with a few and more need to be purchased separately. The thermometer also has a long lasting battery that can easily be replaced. I wish this thermometer was around when my children were younger! It would have made things much easier!

This thermometer gives accurate results. the different color background makes it easy to read and understand temperature. It’s small and very lightweight. Recommend it.

Another great feature is the color code. Green for ok, yellow for mild and red for high. Every family needs this thermometer.

This thermometer reads fast an i love how it has a color indicator reading red for high fever , yellow for temperature elevated fever coming on / low to mild fever an green no fever /ok. It also came with a protective cover an some sleeves / probe covers so you don't pass germs. This thermometer can be used oral,rectal or underarms

Quick and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer by Vicks is just what I need. Quick and easy to read. We stay on the go around here. So having a product that is easy to handle. I love the shape of this thermometer having long nails the flat head and wider end make it easier to hold. Easy to read I really appreciate the fever indicator. Unless I am needing to give number recordings. I can just look out for either a red or green color and as soon as it beeps if it's red I know to pay attention to the numbers if it's green I know I really dont have to pay attention to the numbers and I can just turn it off. I think parents with younger kids will love this as the kids can take their temps and know if they have a fever or not. The timing is great 8 seconds I know we can stay still for 8 seconds and not miss anything. This is perfect for anyone and any age. I can see this being easy for a person with arthritis to use the shape makes it easy to handle. The time it takes to read a temperature also helps.
