Fast and Accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really needed an oral thermometer in my house, the ear and forehead ones just do not accurately check my family, and being I do not have any one under the age of 9 in my house this one is perfect. This can also be used under the arm and for rectal use if needed. I like that it is ready to use in seconds and temperature is read within 8 seconds. The different color display with the large number reading is great: green is accepted, yellow elevated and red for high fever. I always triple check a reading and all have come back the same or close too (100.1 to 100.3 for example of difference). This is water resistant and very easy to clean up with soap and water or rubbing alcohol and comes with a storage case. This also came with some probe covers which can be purchased at drug stores. Very happy with this thermometer.

Good thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love the Vicks Read-thermometer with fever insight it does like it says and works. I love the fact it changes from green, yellow, or red depending on the temperature reading and is quite accurate but please note the light does not stay green, red or yellow it will beep with the color for about 15 seconds then goes back to normal led screen color but is still a great feature to have when your wanting to know how high or low your child's fever is. Overall A great product with safety in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty simple thermometer. Straight forward use. Press button, place under tongue, wait a few seconds. It beeps at you when done. Temp displayed in large, easy to read letters.

Just in time for flu season

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flu finally made it's rounds in our home so this was a must have. This is a accurate and very quick reading thermometer. It deffinetly did it's job and temperature readings matched up with urgent care readings. I really liked that it came with disposable covers to toss after each use as to not continue to speed germs. Good quality and a name I stand by.

It can be used orally, rectally, or under arm which is convenient. I would diffidently recommend.

Great Thermometer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vicks Speed-Read Thermometer with Fever InSight works great. I have 2 children and this thermometer is gentle, fast and wicked easy to use. My children do not mind getting their temperature taken with this thermometer that is how awesome it is. It works so fast as fast as 8 seconds which is wonderful. You can use this Vicks Speed-Read Thermometer with Fever InSight oral, rectal or even under the arm. This thermometer is BPA free and also waterproof. My favorite feature is the color coded display which helps us parents. I recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Vicks Speed-Read Thermometer with Fever InSight. This thermometer is perfect. Anyone that has a toddler knows trying to get one to sit for a minute is hard work, this thermometer takes 8 seconds!! Not only is it fast, its easy to read, very accurate and its color coded fever InSight is just another bonus. Green for no fever, yellow for slight fever and red for high. It came with a storage case and battery so it's ready to use. A definite recommend.
