causes respiratory problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 1900 mpr filters and installed them. After a half hour of operation, I found breathing difficult and noticed a strange odor. Are these filters treated with some chemical? Not happy, considering the price of the filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best All-Around Air Fileter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only filter that I use. I have used the lower number ones, which is fine, but I do find that a lot is trapped in the 1900.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally upgraded to a better air filter vice the cheap inferior product due to kids allergies. Amazing what dust, and particles are now captured by the filter vice just pushed thru central air within the house. Air quality has improved and kids symptoms have subsided.
