Having tried to save some $$$--in the past I have purchased those store brand filters which do NOT even last the 90 days as they advertise--These filters are great they last and definitely do the job
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When compared to other filters I have tried Filtrete lasts longer and seems to filter more of what you want out of circulation in your home.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER FILTER TO USE SINCE THE PAST 55 YEARS,IT MAKES THE HOUSE AND AIR SO MUCH CLEANER PLUS A LOT OF LESS HOUSE DUSTING!!!!!!!! AND MUCH BETTER AIR TO BREATHE.
THE ELECTRIC AIR PURFIERS CAN GO HIDE THEM SELVES, I USE TO OWN SEVERAL DIFFERENT KINDS,NOW I'M HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE WONDERFUL FILTRETE FILTERS.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good filter. Lasts for up to 3 months and comes with a sticker on outside packing to use so you will know when you installed/is ready to replace.

Filter captures alot of dust, candle smoke,and other polutants. The filters always come out really dirty after the 90 day use. I have no way to test what other airborne polutants the filters capture, it is all from what Filtrete says the filters do. However, I do notice less dust, and the family seems to stay healthy. I would change the filter every 30 days, but the cost usually prevents me from changing more than every 90 days.
I would recommend this to a friend!
