We have used this filter for the last 10 years. We did try the washable filters once and went right back to this filter

Worth the Money

I have been purchasing Filtrete air filters for years. I change my filter every 3 months. I don't smoke, own pets, or have a fireplace so I am always amazed at how much dirt and dust has collected on the filter. I feel that purchasing the best available Filtrete 1" air filter is beneficial to my health.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have used the Filtrete brand filters for the last 5 years now. I wondered if they were worth the extra price when I first saw them and now I know they are. We use the 1000, 1200 & 1600 depending on availability and we really do notice a difference. We have a small dog and grand-children who visit and they keep our house cleaner and we don't seem to see the colds / flu's. I think the cleaner air has alot to do with it.

We use the Filtrete Ultra Allergen 1500, because we have found that the air quality in our home is much more pleasant. Overall we seem to have less respiratory issues than we did when we used filters with a lower filter rating.

I've been using Filtrete best filters for years now - and am 100% satisfied. I upgraded because my daughter and I both have allergies and I wanted to do everything possible to help. I won't use anything else.

Tune up your airconditioners breathing.

I replaced the filter in my unit with a 3M Filtrete . The air conditioner worked better and the filter lasted much longer than the former brand. I'm not going to tell how much longer it worked without changing it because I'm sure 3M wants you to change it sooner. However, it is so good that I won't use any other type.

I have 3 dogs and a cat so there are always pet hairs around the house. I change my filter every two weeks and I find it keeps the air much cleaner than any other filter I have used in the past.
