I am a nursing student and have used these rings for medical terminology flash cards as well as photographs downloaded from professors website for A&P II. Be sure to measure hole as I originally got the larger ones which were to big for the premade holes. Have a great day.

These rings are great! They are very strong and sturdy. I actually bought these to use as a kind of keychain and it's working perfectly. A few of the rings in the package did not completely close though and one had a deformity making the metal sharp so there's a few rings I can't use but overall it's a great product!
