The first time i tried using this I found it completely useless. Plastic inserts in the device block insertion of paper and look like they cannot be removed without strong cutters or a saw. I was very frustrated because my previous Staples 3-hole punch worked well most of the time. This new one needs to go back to the drawing boards and another engineer needs to be hired to design a functional unit.
