WELL THE 1ST ONE I RECEIVED WAS BROKEN. STAPLES SENT ANOTHER FREE OF CHARGE AND THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR IT. YOU HAVE TO WIGGLE YOUR PAPERS IN IT DOESNT PUNCH ALL THE WAY THROUGH. IT'S A TOTAL PAIN. IT WOULD BE FASTER TO USE A ONE HOLE PUNCH AND USE A RULER TO GET YOUR 3 HOLES. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This hole punch cuts very smoothly and releases the paper like it should. Other 3 hole punches that I have had jammed very easily and this resulted in torn paper. This one works very well so far.

One un-fixable design flaw

This punch is really nice and works very well EXCEPT that the holes it punches are a little close to the edge of the page which makes it easy to accidentally tear the pages when they're being turned in a ring binder. Unfortunately that feature is not adjustable (I don't think I've ever seen a punch where it was adjustable.) People who buy this punch should also stock up on those little reinforcements for the punched holes; you're going to need them.

Punches OK but...

This product was easy to use (once you got the plastic packaging out of the device); it punched holes well enough though the middle punch kept clogging. The plastic tray on the bottom was split in one corner when I got it; I don't think it's going to hold up well if the tray needs emptied often.
