I purchased this 3 hole punch because it could punch many sheets of paper and the hole alignments were adjustable. However when I took it out of the box I could not insert a sheet of paper and punch. What?? No instructions were given. So I went to you tube and saw that I need to remove the 2 rubber stoppers first to punch. The rubber stoppers were hard to remove but I got out a screwdriver to pry them out. The 3 hole punch punched okay. I find it silly that I could not see how to remove the rubber stoppers there were no instructions and I went to you tube to see how. SILLY! Also I learned that I can remove the punched holes by taking off the rubber base. A few days after my purchase I went to my store in Peru Illinois and shared with the clerk what I did to make the new punch work. Now they know too. I would recommend this punch because of the reasonable price the punch can cut up to 15 sheets of paper at a time and it is adjustable.
