It's adjustable and works quite effectively and comfortably. It may not be as fancy as an old German machine I had that weighed 20 pounds. But this is much more practical.

IT PUNCHES 3 HOLES AT A TIME!!!!!

Wow I used to punch one hole at a time now I can punch all 3!!!Its awesome it saves me so much time and energy. Its so easy to use just slide the paper in push down and VOILA!! Like magic! I find myself punching holes for no reason at all just to do it!!

There were no directions included with the hole punch. While the ability to adjust where the holes are is a plus the screws seem to just adjust the position of the holes not the height of the paper opening. It would be difficult to feed 15 sheets of paper through the narrow opening. I've had issues with holes not being punched in much less than 15 sheets.
