I am generally satisfied with Staples products but the hole punch is not one of them. The holes are so close to the edge they need reinforcements so they don't tear.

Hard to punch

I use this in the classroom. My students need to use it fairly often. It is hard to put paper into the little openings. I even have trouble putting the paper in the right places to get it punched.

Once I figured out how to remove the chip tray I was fine with it. Other than that it's a comfortable punch to use and I'm very glad I bought it!

Difficult to use

Was hard to get the protective clips out. was hard to put back together after emptying. thought it was a great bargain for my 5th grade Sunday School students. Wrong-- not worth the hassle.

I have used this hole punch in my class letting students punch holes in papers so they could be put in a folder. The product is easy to use and a good quality.
