Definite Engineering Error

The hole punch claims to be adjustable. Well the left most and right most punches can be moved anywhere along the bar. The middle punch however gives you the impression it can be moved. There is just less than an inch of moveable space. The problem is that there is no under cut "trough" for the punch to release the paper into the bottom. Therefore any adjustment you wish to make has to be based off the middle punch remaining in the factory setting.
