This was either defective or poorly designed. The box says it punches 12 (to 15?) sheets but the opening was too tight to fit multiple sheets.

This thing has little tabs that the paper gets caught on when you put the paper in. Returned it and got a Swingline which admittedly costs twice as much but works great.
