Bought this to replace the old one we had. I used it to develop my Professional Portfolio and college papers. Doesn't like to punch any more than 5 pieces of paper at one time doesn't punch completely through.

This Staples product is fine once you get going. However the plastic packing that holds the punch open in shipment is difficult to get out and it's not all that obvious that it needs to be removed in the first place. These pieces should have been made bright orange - the de facto standard for "remove me".

Could only work with about 5 heets at a time reliably. Had the holes jam up with punched residue several times making it difficult to get paper all the way in.
