Disappointing

The middle hole cutter doesn't cut. We are going to return it. We are disappointed that it doesn't work as well as the one we are trying to replace that is over 20 years old.

I use the hole puncher for a group of ladies that meet twice a month. It is very handy and handles the quanity of paper we need. It is not heavy.

Versatile 3-Hole Punch

Nice 3-hole punch. Small footprint on my desk. Very versatile 3-hole punch more than average adjustments for the punch heads. A built in sliding paper guide would be nice.

I will be using this primarily as a 3-hole punch but unfortunately this cuts only 1 of the 3 holes cleanly. Pretty disappointing because it otherwise seems like a nice punch.

If you try to punch holes in more than one page at a time the pages get stuck in the mechanism and tear the sheet of paper. It works well if you put in one sheet at a time.

I've recently become volunteer board secretary of a non-profit and need to keep all the records in order. With doing everything virtually I needed a way to punch holes in the printouts. (I do have electronic records but like to keep hard copies just in case.) This is the second hole-punch I tried. The first with a larger capacity was defective -- couldn't insert the paper because the punch poles would not retract. I took it back to Staples and they were nice to trade it in on this one which works perfectly.
