I had difficulty feeding 5 sheets of paper under the punch; had some trouble with one punch catching and not releasing so I could remove paper after punching holes. It works smoothly as far as punching the holes.

This item is an excellent addition to any work from home office even to an actual work office it depends on how much pages usually need to punches holes on because of it 20 pages max limits.
