First it was very difficult using the punch for 15 sheets at once. That didn't work. Several times the punch didn't even punch: It often had to be redone several times. Would not recommend this product. We considered returning it but we just didn't have the time.

It was extremely difficult to punch thru15 sheets of paper. Also it was quite heavy. I probably won't use it that much as it is not that easy to use.

Paper does not insert easily.

The paper guides for each punch are elevated from the surrounding surface and as such block the smooth insertion of multiple pages. I did observe the 15-page limit but even 5 pages are blocked.
