Bought this to replace the old one we had. I used it to develop my Professional Portfolio and college papers. Doesn't like to punch any more than 5 pieces of paper at one time doesn't punch completely through.

pulled it out of the box and the black plastic on the area where you push down was not attached and fell off. I just put it back in but the clips were broke so I had to glue it down.. It works and does what it was intended for..

Could only work with about 5 heets at a time reliably. Had the holes jam up with punched residue several times making it difficult to get paper all the way in.
