There should really be at least a slip of paper explaining the set up. It's not intuitive once out of the box especially if you've never used a 3 hole punch before. Just trying to take off the plastic safety peices I managed to somehow break the 3 hole punch. The two adjustable hole punches fell out of the track and got stuck inside the press. I couldn't adjust it back and I couldn't take it apart. This cost me more trouble than I needed.
I'm very pleased with this 3 hole punch. I have not had an opportunity to try punching 15 pages but it does well with several pages or using heavy card stock. I would recommend this product for lighter use. It's comfortable to use so I don't have any dislikes.
I bought this hole puncher thinking that I could take it straight out of the box and begin to use it. What I discovered was that there were some screws that needed to be loosened on the bottom of the hole puncher and some plastic inserts that needed to be removed before using. There was nothing on the box to indicate that this needed to be done and no instruction sheet on how to do it. I was on the verge of completely dismantling it since I didn't realize what part needed to be removed in order to take out the plastic inserts.
