The paper could not go in the slot to punch the holes. When I did get the paper in the hole punch it didn't completely make the holes in the paper and I couldn't get the paper out of the hole punch once it punched holes!! Not good quality.

Cheap design no means of registering sheets to a reference. Sometimes doesn't punch cleanly even on single sheets. I returned one but the second has a different problem... like always cheap is not the same as GOOD...
