Dimensions not at all as advertised like several other badge holders on this site that we've tried. Had to re-cut all of our badges to make them fit.

We are a Nursing Home and as you know we have some turnover. So these are inexpensive to be needing new ones all the time. When they get dropped in the water toilet and anything else that can need a new one these are great. The slots that a clip goes through does rip. That could be made stronger.
