Binder Clips have a wide variety of uses beyond just holding a sheaf of papers together. I have used them to: Close partially consumed bags of chips to keep them fresh. Clip frost covers together in our garden. Hold papers to my truck's visor. Organize the myriad of electric telephone and computer wires. Hold recipes on the shelf overhanging the food prep counter. Clip "Honey-Do" lists to the door so that I don't forget to do the do's. Use them as clamps for small glue projects. Oh and of course use them to hold sheaves of papers together. The plastic canister in which the Staples Binder Clips come is useful for keeping them readily available without being scattered. Staples binder clips are high quality and re-usable. I keep two or three clipped inside my briefcase for emergency uses. I also keep a couple in my car and truck and have used them for various emergencies. There is an phrase used by one of the major credit card companies "Don't leave home with out it " the "it" being their credit card. I would apply this to binder clips and say "Binder Clips don't leave home without some."
