Most of the clips were fine but some of them had black "soot" type on the metal clip part that will not come off. Since we are using these as a "favor" at a women's meeting the "soot" doesn't look good on the clip part. We are hoping to put those aside and not have to use those. However depending on the number of people we may have to use it.
