After a suggestion from my son to use the small binder clips to hang our christmas lights after buying many packages of light hooks for the roof and after replacing many broken bulbs from the light strands falling down in bad weather i took my son suggestion and used the small binder clips to attach to the flashing of my roof. They made hanging the lights quick and easy and are stronger and better then the hooks marketed out there for this purpose. They have been up for over a month and we have had 2 storms not once have the lights falling. They work great are stronger and a gross of them cost me about the same as one pack of light hooks . Plus I have plenty left over for my home office.
This particular batch was for use in closing animal carcass bags used for alkaline hydrolysis of carcasses for pet "cremation" at a major veterinary college.
Teaching 6 different middle school classes requires that I stay super-organized. These clips help me get the job done. By nature I'm rather like a hurricane... papers flying everywhere! Not anymore.
I don't know how I lived before binder clips! They're great for organizing bulkier classroom papers. They seal a bag of chips better than "chip clips" and keep laundry anchored in place on a breezy day. And they can be found in all different sizes and colors to meet so many needs.
