A good deal

Used as a journal/ledger record of receipts and disbursements for small chapter of a national non-profit organization with requirement that monies be separated into three different funds and be a permanent record. This book meets our requirements well and in a minimum amount of space. Thank you Staples!

I have used this size and product for a few years and it works quite well for me. However I would like to buy a 12 colunm that has longer pages. I don't seem to find these very easily. When I do they are way too expensive.

The book is about right for its intended purpose. However it could have use a better/wider space on the name/description column which I've seen already encountered some problem with while entering item description.

12 Columns Book Exactly What I Needed

I keep annual records of our expenses show the completed record book to the person who does our taxes. I keep a separate book for each year so that I can quickly find what we purchased from whom and when it was purchased costs etc. over the years. It really has come in handy. I need the 12 columns for certain things like medical cost information or costs for cable telephone and Internet bills etc.
