Poor quality

The first thing my co-worker said when getting the first roll out was that they didn't like them. The glue holding the end of the roll on was too much so it just ripped the edge off leaving no way to open the roll. The next issue is the paper quality is poor making the thermo imaging hard to read. Sadly this item is not returnable so we're just going to eat the cost and buy a better product.
