Compaired to the folders we used to use these ones are smaller and much weaker. I do like that there are 3 tab positions so it makes it easier to find files in our large file drawers but the folders fall down sometimes if there's "too much" in them and you can no longer see the tab easily.

This file folder does the job but could use a few improvements. The color is a big plus and helps me to organize files.
