Several years ago we decided to use colored file folders to designate types of transactions. We ordered green blue and orange folders. Blue was used for the most common transaction and over time we discontinued the green and orange transaction types leaving us with one type. Rather than switching back to plain folders we kept the blue. Blue is a peaceful color and we work in a stressful business. Color sets the mood. We so enjoy having these lovely and affordable blue folders on our desks. Try it and see if you don't agree. Simple little pleasures make life good.
