These are typical manilla folders. Just as good as ones that cost more. They are a standard weight. Easy to wright on in any medium you choose. I like pencils and these folders erase very cleanly. I recommend them.

Price is great. However these folders are about the equivalent of having two sheets of paper protecting the contents of your file. The are so flimsy they will never stand up to the high traffic use in this office. Do not plan to reorder these!

Our folders can really take a beating these stand up to the test so I keep buying them to restock. We use 4 or 5 different colors per session and the color stands out nicely to differentiate clearly. Can be reused easily. Very pleased with these folders.

Get Organized

I have resolved to organize my office! by using the same size folders and the tri tab for dividing the files it makes it easy to locate files. I color code the tabs to I can easily distinguish if the file is a listing pending property or closed. The legal sized folder allows me to put all the paperwork in unfolded to save time and space. I use the folders to hold listing information when showing properties. It keeps things organized in my vehicle when I have several appointments in the same day.
