These are very heavy duty and they can be abused over and over and they still hold up great. I order them in various colors so that I can tell files apart and I love the fact that they don't tear apart or rip easily.

I enjoy using these legal size folders because they keep the documents intact for future use as opposed to letter size folders that cause the edges to fray. The paper stock is strong enough to last and helps when I want to carry the files with me. I also use Dymo labels to add to the tab on the folder. I have devised a keyword system that corresponds to a number and then I attach the file label using that system. For example my Geico insurance annual contract and identification cards are in a file labeled Pf (for personal folder) 2806 Geico. The system is hi-tech and lo-tech at the same time.
