Can someone tell me what is going on!! I understand about the whole "recycle" thing but copy paper is more sturdy than these manila file folders. I have to put 4 file folders together just to be semi-sturdy. Disappointing!!

These work well for handing in reports and okay for filing. However if you access the files a lot which I do the tabs will easily tear.

File folders

I enjoy using these legal size folders because they keep the documents intact for future use as opposed to letter size folders that cause the edges to fray. The paper stock is strong enough to last and helps when I want to carry the files with me. I also use Dymo labels to add to the tab on the folder. I have devised a keyword system that corresponds to a number and then I attach the file label using that system. For example my Geico insurance annual contract and identification cards are in a file labeled Pf (for personal folder) 2806 Geico. The system is hi-tech and lo-tech at the same time.

Price is great. However these folders are about the equivalent of having two sheets of paper protecting the contents of your file. The are so flimsy they will never stand up to the high traffic use in this office. Do not plan to reorder these!
