These folders work really well when put inside hanging folders. Our office no longer buys the expensive name brand any more since we discovered the Staples brand.

These files are adequate. However it is my experience with a larger file content the tab will eventually tear. I would prefer the third cut reinforced tab on the 14" sized file folders.
