I wanted the 8 by 11 - that’s what I always order - this was the only item that was wrong ... I must have selected it improperly and no computer order is going to ask you - are you sure ? This is not what you usually order. So your survey is about the one item that I was not happy about. Very ironic. I am a loyal customer but I don’t know if good faith and resending the correct item would apply. Thanks - Bruce

Good quality. After two messed up deliveries from Staples this one came early came in good shape and the price was fair. Fax the order and in 24 hours the product is at your door. That was the way it has been for 20 years with Staples but the last two orders were a disaster."We did not get the FAX Sir." "The driver did not have the order on the truck. It will be straightened out in a few days Sir." What a mess twice in a row Not this time Staples is back in action as far as I am concerned.
