I will not purchase the Staples brand file folders in the future. I use a large quantity of folders at the office. They are too flimsy and have poor quality card / paper stock.

Manila folders

I have brought these for years. Like the quality and strength of these folders. The price for these folders is a great savings. We usually buy a box for end of the year out with the old and to get read for the new year. I also buy the green hanging folders. We go through lots of these folders . They hold up very good and last for repeat usage. Oh let us. It forget the file tab labels. Using the labels extends the use of the Manila folders. I also like that Staples keep records of purchases through rewards. We get the bonus rewards to use to buy more supplies.
I found these folders to be much more reliable than an explorer tab in windows. I never had to double click multiple times on one to open it. I did not use up any disc space when I put high resolution pictures in it. I never had to remember my password to gain access.Of course there are some negatives such as; Renaming the folders is a pain (Lots of liquid paper). I can’t remember where I put them and there is no search function. They take up a lot of room in my briefcase. I have to burn them in a trash can if I want to permanently delete them which sets off the fire sprinklers (that never happens with Windows). I don’t like the arbitrary limit of 100 files. There are days when I need 124 files but they only give me a 100.In short I am not sure if these paper folders are all they are made out to be but anything that keeps me from using a Windows computer can’t be all that bad.
