I was looking for a basic wastebasket for my home office. I liked the black color and rectangular shape of this one. It is plenty study and a very convenient size for a home office.

Perfect basic wastebasket

Sometimes the best things are just basic look good do the job and stand up to use. This wastebasket works. It's simple and elegant a time-honored design. There was no need to complicate it with extra doodads frills parts that could break off strange colors that fade textures that rub down as you sometimes get with "designers" who want to mess with a classic design so they can claim to be "original." I have one in the home office but will also be getting one for the kitchen and the bathroom.

Love the color and it fits right in the space I planned to put it in. I am using it for recycling and it does not get too heavy because of its size. I can handle it without help.
