High Price: Mediocre Performance

I thought scotch tape was the best. Opened a new roll to mask baseboard and it either won't stick or comes up after it is pressed down. Prety poor performance for 7 dollars a roll. I don't recommend it

We are so sorry to hear of the trouble you had with our tape sticking to your baseboard. We would not expect the adhesion of our product to be an issue and would ask customer who experience this to contact us directly at 1-800-362-3550 M-F 7am to 6pm CT. We will discuss surface preparation and if needed send a replacement and a postage paid label to retrieve and review the roll that is not meeting our quality standards. Disappointed it took paper layer right off new DW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought a house and are repainting it before we move anything in. We use blue to outline the windows, door frames and trim. It ruined our trim. Now we have to buy new, an expense we really can't afford at this time. THANKS ALOT SCOTCH BLUE...

Without more details on what kind of coating was on the surfaces that the tape was applied, it will be difficult to explain why this might have happened. Easy as pie (but not as tasty)

Long lasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this tape - while my plans were to get my project done in one day, life happened and I had to stop. I had to come back to it several days later. I was fearful about how difficult the tape would be to remove (because I've had trouble with other brands in the past) - NOT SO with ScotchBlue!!! The tape came off with no residue!!
