Nice experience - getting a call from Staples notifying a one day delay in delivery due to weather was nice. Even gave me an option to accept the order or decline it.

Love these clips!

When a paperclip won't due these clips hold tight. They help keep my files organized. They're small but their strength is surprising. I use them at home as chip clips!

These are BIG clips

I ordered on line and was looking for what I thought were large clips. I really wanted the ones that are a size smaller. These are huge. I will be returning them for the correct thing. it's my own fault because I didn't measure the ones I needed to replace and the dimensions are on the product. The product itself is great and does just what it should do.
