Works as well as Avery but cheaper

The labels seem to be the quality equivalent of Avery and unfortunately suffer the same shortcoming: when used repeatedly to print one or two address labels at a time on my HP laser printer they darken. The price is right.

Best labels for homebrew bottles

I brew beer and have almost as much fun making the beer bottle labels as I do the beer. But beer bottles are expensive so I try to reuse as many as possible. That means finding a label that can resist a cooler ice bath but can be removed without too much effort after the beer has been enjoyed. These labels are PERFECT. Colors come out vivid and bright when printed on my HP Color LaserJet they stick well and hang on in the cooler through a weekend party. And (here's the critical part) they float off effortlessly when soaked in a bucket of OxyClean solution. Perfect! Avery labels are more expensive and the adhesive seems to permanently bond to the glass bottles. 5 days of OxyClean soak and I still need to take a razor blade to each bottle. Not good. So maybe this isn't the typical use for "Staples® White Inkjet/Laser Shipping Labels 3-1/3" x 4" " but it is my use. And for my beer bottles you can't beat these.

These didn't have the shield in them to block out what is under them. They are not exactly like the Avery equivalent.

Nice basic shipping labels

These are good basic shipping labels. NO problems of any kind. We print them full color with an image logo for shipping use here using an HP Photosmart C5140 All-in-one printer. Never had any problems!
