This starts out strong but gets hot and slows down many times stops working, device reports that it's gone , requiring a unplug and replug into usb port
Read speed 163mb/s. Write speed 50 mb/s. Really underperfoming for a USB-C connection. Buy this on sale for 30$ as it can be a pratical do-it-all usb stick with its integrated USB-A and USB-C port.
Just don't use it for critical data or for transfering big files. Real capacity: 115gb or 124'000 billions of bytes.
I purchased this as a backup for my Phone and thought maybe it was just smow from my phone to the drive but plug it either way in my computer and it is at best 15 mbps transfer speeds
The product seems OK so far, however it does gets very warm quickly. I hope it doesn't overheat and gets damage, I'd not want to lose my data. Backup storage should be very, very reliable I'm very hesitant to recommend ... as it's too early to determine its reliability.
