Does not fit into my dispenser

I still have not decided if I like this product. My first disappointment was that it did not fit my dispenser. Not good. It has been OK for the regular things I have done but have not used it for more heavy duty applications.

Disappointed in quality! I think I should have spent the extra & gone with the name-brand tape. Most Staples brand products are great but this is definitely lighter weaker & all around not as good (sticks to itself a lot)as the name-brand counterpart. Disappointed
