The tape is very thin and would not stick to boxes for packing.

This is not either the best or worst tape I've ever used but it does the job and the big rolls are a really nice size so as not to have to constantly be changing them out in my dispenser. [...] I would not use it for really heavy packages but it's perfectly fine for small lighter weight ones. And it dispenses easily.
