The product is exactly as I ordered it. I am disabled and very grateful for your "free shipping" to my house. I usually buy the smaller pack of tape but we go through it so fast. Thank you to the driver/delivery man he was very respectful courteous and patient while waiting for me until I got to the door. (I left a message that I was home but may take a minute or two to get to the front door.)
