They were not clear they were vellum. Ones I bought from staples in the past were completely clear. Very disappointed as I needed completely clear. Paid much more than what I could have if I would have just bought local.

Avery Labels come apart in 2 of my printers. Staples are more solid.

I purchased these instead of the usual Avery labels to save some money. Big mistake. They kept getting jammed running through the bypass tray they were difficult to peel off of the sheet and the ink from our printer didn't seem to stick to the label. I had a bunch of mail returned because part of the ink flaked off the label. I ended up throwing out the rest of the package.

Good - if you get the right one!

I purchased these lables in the store and accidentally bought the lables that were for a laser printer. They were terrible and the ink bled. This time I look at the packaging more closely and there were ink-jet ones as well. My lables are much better now that I have the correct kind. My lesson: never assume all clear lables are the same. The ink-jet lables work great.
