These are excellent clips. I particularly like the 1 inch wide capacity to hole thick binders.

I use the binder clips to protect and hold together files mostly but I have used them in the kitchen to close chip's bags. Another use it holding a protective screen over my fish pond. You'd be shocked to learn that they are good at holding snake cages together for the snake who thinks he's Hudini.

For binder clips - bigger is better

These are much better that the smaller variety and easier to manage being large and hold more while still being easier to open. Wish they were in color though.
