It would be better if there were slits on both sides that you could put your hands through in order to carry container to emply other than that I love the color construction etc.

Universal recycling logo was a sticker

In the picture the recycling logo seems to be part of the container. Like it is embossed. What you get is a blue trash can with a recycle symbol sticker that looks like it was made with a inkjet printer.

Rectangle shape fits under desk perfectly. Holds a 13 gallon trash bag without it slipping much more convenient than round cans.

This is a great container that our church members easily see and therefore use. We use them in the offices as well. Perfect size and suits our needs well. It would definitely hold water - we just don't use it for that. :)
