Staples brand is just as good as any other but cheaper. I have tried them all. I use about 40 rolls a year and have only bought Staples brand for at least the last 5 years.

You Really Don't Want To Buy This!!!

Well lets call a spade a spade the inside diameter of the center of the tape is 2" not anything else... You got it... the center was bigger than 2".. So if you use professional tape dispensers the tape just FALLS OFF!! if you own the the gun with the cone in it then it will work.. SO THIS IS A DEFINITE NO BUY!

Commercial Use: Worst Ever

My company ordered this tape and it is by far the worst we've had in my 18 months of packing and shipping for a small ecommerce biz. Seriously: it doesn't stick to bubble wrap! How is that even possible? I does seem to do ok on boxes but being that it won't even keep bubble wrap from unraveling I don't trust it. Also We frequently unroll a line of tape onto the counter use a utility knife to cut it into small pieces and then use those pieces to tape smaller items' packaging however this tape completely loses its stickiness when we do so. In fact it is the only tape we've ever used that leaves a thick sticky mess on the counter--even after a short period of time. With other tapes it could sit there for at least a few days before getting unusable. Don't believe the "temperature resistant" part: we're in SW Florida and as I've said it's been the absolute worst of any tape we've ever purchased/ used.

I ship hundreds of small boxes of product every month and cartons of display materials 3-4 times a year. I need to have a steady supply on-hand but I'm a small company with tight cashflow and space limitations. I like the heaviest mil weight in bulk quantity.
