Not too expensive for the budget but more importantly fits the boxes fine without tearing or clinging but has plenty of strength for holding. Like it recommend it.
This is the best tape to use for anything shipped or stored. I've tried the case stuff from some of the packaging supply houses and have been very disappointed in their product.
We buy this tape buy the cart full but seal very few boxes with it. Instead we consume roll after roll when we tape together the pages of the musical arrangements for our Vegas-style show band Sounds Of The South Dance Orchestra. Each arrangement consists of eighteen or nineteen parts with each including two to four pages. The tape is stuck to two Scotch 'Post-It' note strips (available by special order at your local office supply emporium) stuck to a plastic cutting mat. Then the first page of the chart is stuck to half of the width of the tape. Then the second page is laid down with a slight gap (about this wide:] [) between the two pages. The process is continued until all of the pages for a part are attached trimming off the tape ends with a sharp craft knife. Unlike similar tape from Scotch the Staples product lasts for years. Great stuff yet we haven't taped a box with it yet!
Unlike the tape "gun" which constantly jammed the tape acted very well. The tape wrapped around the storage boxes and held together even with a moving company handling most of the boxes. No matter what the contents was inside the boxes the tape held together and kept the load inside the boxes and not all over the floors! I was surprised since it's the store brand I half expected the tape to let loose and allow everything to spill out and all over the place but that did NOT happen. Even now with the vast majority of the freight inside a storage vault the tape is holding strong on every box. The 6 roll pack was the least expensive and I have plenty left over in case I need to do more wrapping.
