This has been a very frustrating tape for me to use thus far. It has the same problem all generic shipping tape seems to have. It splits. This is especially bad when you are trying to "start" the tape. If you are an infrequent user and find yourself starting the tape everytime you go to use it I would buy one of the 3M products.

Packing to move and this tape has been great! The 2.6 mil thickness meant no tearing and splitting on the tape edge. The six large rolls went a great distance. Those helping me to pack also commented on how great the tape was!
